Hot Tip (since we can't share any material news)
We don't have a lot of news we can share, but things are going well for MPE clients. The hottest tip we can offer is to endorse the Vonage softphone product. We use this with a USB or Bluetooth headset and laptop from any hotel on the planet with hi-speed access. We do high-quality conference calls with parties spanning the globe (effectively for free) from places like Karachi, Jakarta, Dhaka, and pretty much anywhere in India. The cost; about $10/month. Don't skimp on the headset, avoiding those $4.99 minute roaming charges in Indonesia will justify it pretty quickly.

World-Wide Support

MPE Consultants have been traveling this year.

We have an interim Managing Director in place in a UK based electronics company while we help them search for a full-time executive. Other MPE consultants have been traveling in India, Pakistan and throughout SE Asia to establish sales and distribution partners on behalf of our clients. We recently advised on an M&A transaction in Mexico in concert with our client's other advisors and attorneys.
 

What we mean by "Marketing"

When we talk about marketing we mean the entire marketing process. That means defining product, placement, positioning and price. Or in basic terms: what it is you are selling, how will you get it sold (yes, marketing includes sales), what will it compete with, and how much will it cost.

MPE is now listed in the Central Contractor Database operated by the US Government. This means that MPE can now support Government customers and contractors through the standard contracting and payment mechanisms.
