Marketing & Business Development for Growing Companies


Our clients have achieved some significant successes in the last few months with the help of MPE consultants and our portfolio of experience. We have helped an innovative life sciences company from California launch products in Asia, the US veterinary industry, and in the food service industry. A San Jose based firm who has been an MPE client for over a year has just completed a successful M&A transaction, and another multi-year client has just completed a major customer trial. An Australian client's planned and persistent US business development process lead by MPE has resulted in the client shipping several containers of product to the US for near term sales at profitable prices.

We build businesses for our clients. Our range of strategic to tactical support results in multi-million dollar sales revenue. The ultimate validation of our processes and our client's competencies is the continued commitment and satisfaction of their customers and investors.

Bangladesh Road-Show Draws a Full House

In early August MPE principal consultant Shahid Rahman organized the successful launch of a medical device product in Bangladesh. Working with the US based client and other MPE consultants he established distributor relationships and publicized the product launch in the medical community. Over 120 physicians, high-level officials, and members of the press attended the product training seminar in early August at the Dhaka Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center.

These complex and coordinated efforts resulted in our client having a multi-million dollar deal on the table within 4 months of starting our consulting engagement.

   

MPE Builds New Partnership in China

MPE has established a partnership with
E-C Marketing for development of client sales channels in China, and for assistance in finding Chinese companies that have expertise and resources to introduce into the US market.

E-C has an impressive client list including Ciena, HP, Siemens, and Macromedia. They have selected MPE as their US partner based on our clients, expertise, and ability to conduct international business with respect, discretion, trust and professionalism.

Enroll Your Staff in Market Plan Engineering 101

Based on demand from our clients we will begin offering in-house training programs on How to Build a Business in early 2005. Half and full day courses in Foundation (strategy), Building (marketing tactics) and Growth (sales channel development) will be offered as stand-alone courses or as a complete comprehensive package for training internal sales, marketing, and product development staff. Details will be posted on our web site beginning in November 2004. Submit inquiries now for Spring '05 internal training seminars.

Thanks to our clients and staff we have reached some significant milestones. We have opened a new office in Decatur, Georgia in addition to our Georgia Tech location in Mid-Town Atlanta.
